Welcome to Alfesta

2.00pm to 7.00pm - Registration

Benvenuti amici! Welcome to Alfesta 2025.

Upon arrival at the park, head to the park desk to complete your accommodation check-in.

You can then take your bags to your room, or proceed directly to the Alfesta registration desk in the Adelaide Hills Convention Centre (AHCC).

Here you will receive your Alfesta welcome pack, and we will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have.

In your welcome pack you will find your Alfesta name tag. Please wear your name tag at all Alfesta events to let other attendees (and venue staff) know who you are.

TBA - Informal Welcome Supper

There are no official Alfesta events planned for Thursday evening.

If you have travelled a long way, you may wish to have an early night.

For those who have booked and paid for the optional Thursday evening informal welcome supper, head to the lower level of the AHCC and have a pre-dinner drink and introduce yourself to the other Alfisti attending this year's Alfesta.

Note: Unless stated otherwise, all bar drinks during Alfesta are at attendees' own cost.
